Napoli keen on Gomez - agent
Napoli are interested in Bayern Munich striker Mario Gomez, according to the Germany international's agent.
Gomez, who signed at the Allianz Arena from VfB Stuttgart in a €35 million transfer in 2009, scored a brace against his former side as Bayern clinched the Treble on Saturday.
The forward, 27, has since been linked with a move to Napoli, with Bild reporting that a €20 million deal could be in the offing.
The player's agent, Uli Ferber, told kicker: "Napoli has shown interest but until now we have not conducted negotiations."
Gomez scored 138 Bundesliga goals in 236 games for Stuttgart and Bayern but an ankle injury ahead of the 2012-13 season meant he lost his starting place to Mario Mandzukic - yet he still managed to score 19 goals in a total of 32 appearances in all competitions.
