Wenger has been closely linked to the PSG job which Carlo Ancelotti is widely expected to leave in the summer.

However, while the Italian's future remains up in the air, the Gunners boss has cut short speculation that he will soon be swapping the English capital for its French counterpart with a year still left on his current deal at the Emirates Stadium.

"I'm preparing for the next match and next season with Arsenal," the Alsace-born manager told the press following Arsenal's 1-1 Premier League draw with Manchester United on Sunday. "I've always seen my contracts through, and it's not at my age that I'm going to change."

Wenger's position had been called into question by a number of Arsenal supporters, frustrated at the club's perceived lack of investment in the side and the Frenchman's failure to add to the trophy cabinet since 2005.

However, L'Equipe have reported that a late season run of one defeat and nine wins in 13 matches has reassured both fans and majority shareholder Stan Kroenke, who, according to the French sports daily, will make €70 million available for Wenger to strengthen his squad this summer.
