Cavani, 26, has been in fine form this term, scoring 29 goals in all competitions for the Serie A club, and has reportedly attracted interest from clubs around Europe, including Real Madrid and Manchester City.

The Uruguay international has always stressed how happy he is in Naples, but is now refusing to rule out the possibility of a move away.

He told La Repubblica: "I'm fine in Naples, but in football there are lots of things to consider. I can only say that I will give my all in this shirt until the last day I wear it."

Napoli currently sit second in the Serie A table, eight points off of leaders Juventus, but Cavani is refusing to give up on the title just yet.

"Second place is not guaranteed, it's up to us. We have to make it ours in the forthcoming matches," he said. "Actually, looking at the team above us [Juventus], not even the championship is decided. We will do everything we can.''

Cavani has scored 71 Serie A goals for Napoli since joining the club from Palermo in 2010.
