Jussi Jaaskelainen has triggered a one-year contract extension with West Ham after completing the required amount of games.
Jaaskelainen, 37, moved to Upton Park on a free transfer last summer where he was reunited with Sam Allardyce who he spent 15 years under at Bolton.
The veteran Finnish goalkeeper has been an ever-present for the Hammers this season, making 33 appearances for the club in all competitions.
"It's sorted," Allardyce told The Times. "The option is linked into this year and kicked in with him completing the games. There is no doubt about the value of his signing."
