The March 22 meeting will take place in Zurich following Boateng's stand against racist abuse from fans of a fourth-tier team during an exhibition match.
The Ghana international led his team-mates from the field and Blatter praised Boateng for making a "strong and courageous stand".
Blatter later faced criticism for saying that players mustn't run away from their problems and that leaving the field "cannot be the solution."
