Falque, 23, who has recently attracted interest from a number of Championship clubs, will be hoping for some more game time in Spain after finding minutes hard to come by for Spurs this term.
The youngster previously joined Southampton on loan last season but only managed to make one appearance for the Saints.
Falque signed for Spurs from Villarreal last January, following an initial loan spell in north London.
Almeria are currently second in the Spanish second division table behind runaway-leaders Elche.
