FIFA has ordered Bulgaria and Hungary to each play a World Cup qualifier in an empty stadium.

The punishment is a result of some supporters aiming racist and anti-Semitic abuse at opposing teams in previous matches.
Denmark defender Patrick Mtiliga was the victim of monkey chants from Bulgaria fans in a qualifier in Sofia in October.
In August, a section of the Hungarian crowd directed anti-Semitic slogans in their game with Israel in Budapest.
As well as playing the matches behind closed doors, FIFA fined Bulgaria 35,000 Swiss francs (£23,500) and Hungary 40,000 Swiss francs (£27,000).
