Manchester City midfielder Gareth Barry has been handed a misconduct charge by the FA following Sunday's fiery Manchester derby.

Barry has been charged with using "abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official" during the 3-2 defeat to neighbours and title rivals Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium.
The 31-year-old has until 4pm on Thursday December 13 to respond to the charge that he was in breach of Rule E3.
The charge relates to an incident after the final whistle of Sunday's match, according to reports.
Barry was one of four City players booked on Sunday as United claimed a late win which extends their lead at the top of the Premier League table to six points.
Should City not appeal the charge, Barry would be suspended for Saturday's trip to face Newcastle United. Any failed attempt to challenge the charge would see the ban increased to two games.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed that nine people have been charged in connection with trouble at the derby. While the authorities are yet to identify and apprehend the person who left United defender Rio Ferdinand bleeding from the head - an incident that is now being investigated by the FA - nine other fans have been detained for a variety of reasons including a racially-aggravated public order offence and the breach of a football banning order.
