Larsson, whose playing career took in spells with clubs including Feyenoord, Celtic, Barcelona and Manchester United, has spent the last three years in charge of Landskrona in the Swedish second division but left the club last month.

His time there was not as successful as hoped, and the 41-year-old is yet to receive any proposals to return to management.

"If I'm honest, there has been absolutely nothing," he told fotbollskanalen.se. "I'm open to everything - ready to consider any offer - but I have not heard anything, either from Sweden or from abroad."

He has revealed a willingness to develop his knowledge as a coach in the hope that it will lead to offers in the future.

"If nothing turns up, I will have to look at other options - for example a study trip to Europe to develop my skills as a coach. It would be interesting to visit [Feyenoord coach] Ronald Koeman to see how he works and get an insight into how he thinks."
