Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud is hopeful he will soon score his first goal for the club after admitting he has been "freezing up" when presented with a chance to score.
Giroud, 25, signed for Arsenal from Montpellier in the summer having won the Ligue 1 title with the French club last season and also netting 21 times in 36 appearances.
The France international has yet to open his Arsenal account however, with two excellent chances spurned in the matches versus Sunderland and Liverpool.
"I've been freezing up a little bit just when I've been about to pull trigger and that's exactly what happened in my first few matches for France," Giroud told FIFA's official website.
"I'm not too worried about it, because I've been scoring in training and I feel pretty comfortable being a part of this team.
"I just need to not think about things too much, so that I feel as relaxed as possible when the time comes to stick the ball in the net."
