Juventus have confirmed that Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is undergoing a medical with the Serie A champions.

Pogba, 19, flew into Turin on Thursday night before arriving at the Clinica Fornaca used by Juventus for medical tests for all new signings.

The transfer is expected to be completed by Friday lunchtime, with the midfielder set to put pen to paper on his contract at Juve's headquarters on Corso Galileo Ferraris.

Reports suggest United, where Pogba made just three Premier League appearances, will be paid around £1.2 million in compensation.
