Feyenoord defender Ron Vlaar has cast doubt over the prospect of a move to Aston Villa.

Netherlands centre-back Vlaar, 27, held talks with Villa earlier this month and said he had been given a "very positive impression" of the club. However, while he is not ruling anything out, it appears he is now leaning towards a prolonged stay at De Kuip.
"Feyenoord is in my heart and I have been through it a lot," Vlaar said. "The opportunity that I had, to leave for Aston Villa, I don't think it is as likely now."
Meanwhile, Villa have said Gabriel Agbonlahor will be out for two weeks due to injury.
Agbonlahor headed home the winner for Villa in their 1-0 victory over Chicago Fire during their latest US tour match. However, he later departed due to injury, although the club say the problem is not serious.
A message posted on Villa's official Twitter page read: "Gabby Agbonlahor injury not as bad as first feared. Out for two weeks."
