Buzsaky rejected a new deal at the end of the Premier League season to bring an end to his four-year stay at Loftus Road.
"The club is thankful to Akos for his contribution and wishes him every success for the future," read a statement on the club's official website.
Buzsaky played only a limited role in QPR's escape from relegation last season, scoring two goals in 21 appearances.
In total, Buzsaky played 125 games for the Hoops, scoring 24 goals.
