Serie A side Parma have signed Colombian attacking midfielder Dorlan Pabon from Atletico Nacional for a fee in the region of €4 million.
Pabon, 24, has emerged as one of his country's brightest stars following a successful campaign in the Copa Libertadores, in which his side reached the Round of 16. Earlier in the summer, he was linked with a switch to Premier League side Tottenham.
A Parma statement read: "It is with great satisfaction that we announce the acquisition of Colombian striker Dorlan Pabon from Atletico Nacional Medellin."
Pabon has scored 44 goals in 90 games since joining Atletico from fellow Colombian side Envigado in 2010. The 2012 campaign has been a majr success for the midfielder, who scored 15 goals in 19 games including seven in the Copa Libertadores.
