Juventus winger Eljero Elia has confirmed he is to leave the club this summer.

Netherlands international Elia, 25, signed for Juve from Hamburg last summer in a €9 million deal but played just 107 minutes in his debut season.

Elia had already indicated that he wished to move on this summer and, while Juve had suggested that may not be the case, it now appears certain that he will depart.

"I'll leave Juventus," he told Eredivisie Live. "I've already agreed with Juventus that I will be joining another club. I just have the desire to start enjoying football again and my agent is evaluating all offers."
