Real Mallorca coach Joaquin Caparros has signed a new deal to stay at the club next season, after guiding the Balaeric Island side to eighth place in La Liga.
Caparros, 56, took over at Mallorca last October following the resignation of Michael Laudrup and was originally contracted until June 30.
Caparros said: "I'm very happy with this agreement. I'm looking forward to my second season in Mallorca with high hopes and a lot of enthusiasm.''
In the past, Caparros has coached the likes of Athletic Bilbao, Sevilla, Deportivo La Coruna and Villarreal in La Liga.
