STOCKHOLM -- Jose Mourinho led a full Manchester United squad onto the Friends Arena pitch in Tuesday's prematch walk-around at the Europa League final venue, with the recently injured Marouane Fellaini, Antonio Valencia and Chris Smalling all present.
United manager Mourinho chose not to stage a news conference ahead of Wednesday's final against Ajax as a mark of respect following Monday's terrorist attack in Manchester.
But the Portuguese was with his squad as they fulfilled a brief outing at the stadium to familiarise themselves with their surroundings in the build-up to a game, which will see United secure Champions League qualification by winning the Europa League for the first time.
Fellaini (hamstring) and Smalling (toe) both missed Sunday's 2-0 Old Trafford victory over Crystal Palace, while Valencia has not been selected for any of United's last three league games. All three are in contention to be involved against Ajax, however.
Fellaini and Smalling both trained earlier on Tuesday at United's Carrington complex before the team left for Sweden.
Long-term injury victims Luke Shaw, Marcos Rojo and Ashley Young all watched from the sidelines on crutches as the squad strolled around the pitch.
But Swedish forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who recently underwent surgery on a cruciate ligament injury, was not with the squad at the Friends Arena.
UEFA, meanwhile, confirmed that the two teams will observe a minutes' silence before Wednesday's game as a tribute to the victims of the Manchester attack.
United will wear black armbands, while the opening ceremony will be "considerably reduced" in the wake of the atrocity at the Manchester Arena.
