Willy Caballero helping Claudio Bravo settle in at Manchester City

MANCHESTER -- Willy Caballero says he is trying to do everything he can to help Manchester City teammate Claudio Bravo get used to life in the Premier League.

The Argentine keeper started the season as first choice at the Etihad before manager Pep Guardiola brought in Bravo from Barcelona -- allowing England's Joe Hart to move to Torino on loan.

Caballero, who moved to City from Malaga in July 2014, says the South Americans are building a strong relationship and adds that he is helping the Chile No. 1 to get used to life in England.

"We train and compete very well," Caballero said ahead of City's Champions League clash with Celtic on Tuesday night.

"I try to help him on and off the pitch, to help with his adaptation in England.

"He's a great person and a great player, so I hope everything goes right for him."

Caballero could be set to start the game against Celtic. Guardiola is expected to make changes as nothing is at stake for either side in the match.

City guaranteed their second-place finish in Group C last month with the 1-1 draw at Borussia Monchengladbach which also ensured that Celtic finished bottom of the group.

Caballero, who started the 3-1 victory over Barcelona at the Etihad when Bravo was banned for his red card at the Nou Camp, says he would be delighted to start against Celtic even those there is nothing to play for.

"I think just playing in the Champions League is a big motivation," he said. "When you hear the hymn or the song of the Champions League, it's a big motivation for every player.

"It's the most important competition in the world, for a team, for a player. This is enough but you have to respect this kind of game.

"We are going to play against a champion team. We have to be focused and play in the same way that we did against Borussia and Barcelona.

"I have to play, I am ready to do it, as I did in the last game at home against Barcelona."
