All is forgiven on Merseyside, apparently.
David Beckham, who made a career of frustrating Liverpool while playing for rivals Manchester United, caught the attention of some Reds youth players when he showed up at their academy on Thursday.
Beckham was only a spectator, there to watch his son Brooklyn, 15, play for Arsenal's under-16 team, and Liverpool's Ryan McLaughlin and Marc Pelosi were only too happy to have their picture taken with the England legend.

Pelosi, who spent January in camp with the U.S. national team, grew up in California watching Beckham play for the LA Galaxy.

Perhaps McLaughlin and Pelosi are too young to remember what Beckham used to do to their club -- they were both 9 years old when Beckham left Man United for Real Madrid in 2003.
