Thomas Muller, Arjen Robben and Mario Goetze all scored two each in Bayern's 8-0 demolition of Hamburg. Robert Lewandowski scored another, and substitute Franck Ribery scored on his return from injury.
Muller opened the scoring with a penalty after 20 minutes and two minutes later Bayern were in control when Muller's shot was parried into Gotze's path.
Robben added a third 10 minutes before the break with a typical incursion onto his left foot, then opened the second half with a goal from his right.
Muller curled in a fifth goal in the 55th minute, then set up Lewandowski to make it 6-0 within a minute.
