Chelsea winger Mohamed Salah is to travel to Florence on Monday to undergo a medical ahead of his loan move to Fiorentina, sources have told ESPN FC.
Salah, 22, has been offered to La Viola as part of the deal that will see Colombian Juan Cuadrado move to Stamford Bridge.
The winger has failed to make an impact at Chelsea since his arrival from Basel during last January's transfer window.
Salah has not started a single Premier League fixture this season and Jose Mourinho is happy to let the Egypt international leave with Cuadrado to provide an option down the right flank.
Sources have told ESPN FC the move is an initial six-month loan with the view to a further 12-month loan if all parties are happy.
