Chelsea's Eden Hazard: Cesc Fabregas a pleasure to play alongside

Eden Hazard has praised Chelsea teammate Cesc Fabregas, telling the club's official magazine: "He knows everything about football."

Fabregas has made a major impact at Stamford Bridge since arriving from Barcelona in the summer, recording 15 assists in the Premier League alone -- seven more than any other player in the division.

Hazard had told beIN Sport after last season's Champions League exit that "Chelsea is not made to play football" and added: "Often, I'm asked to do it all by myself and it's not easy."

With the arrival of Fabregas, though, the creative burden on Hazard has eased and he told Chelsea FC magazine: "With Cesc, you don't need to work for years together, we just needed one game, one training session and we knew each other. It's a pleasure to play with him because he knows everything about football.

"He's a brain -- you can see that because [at the time of writing] he has 14 assists in the league already, in January. He's very good and he has the same vision as me, so I like playing with him.

"I have a good feeling with all the other offensive players here. The way the team plays is very good for us to find space, to find the solution, and between my teammates and me there is a very good connection."

Hazard also stressed that he is not focused on personal glory and his primary concern at the end of a game is always on whether Chelsea have secured victory.

"Even if I score three goals and we lose the game, it's no good for me," he said. "I want more than that, though. Every game I try to enjoy myself, to take pleasure from the game, to give pleasure to the fans and, of course, for us to win the game.

"I started the season very well -- I have been able to score and make assists for the team. My job is to win the game and I get a lot of freedom on the pitch. I am free to play and I do what I have to do."
