The Poland youth international, 17, joins for an undisclosed fee and can operate as a holding midfielder or centre-back.
Bielik had only made his debut for Legia in August but had also attracted the interest of German side Hamburg.
Legia boss Henning Berg told the Polish club's official website: "Krystian is a very talented player, who is going to achieve big success in football in the future."

Bielik had said before flying to England: "I've decided to move to Arsenal and, although I cannot be sure of what's to come in the future, I'm going to London to fulfil my dreams.
"I felt at home in Warsaw and I will always have fond memories of the time I spent in Legia. Dominik Ebebenge, the development director, was always a huge help for me and I cannot find words to describe my gratitude towards him.
"I'm also grateful to my teammates and manager Henning Berg for trusting such a young player and giving me a chance to play for the first team. It's mostly thanks to him that I'm able to move to Arsenal."
