LONDON -- Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said he is not eyeing up bids for Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech, Real Madrid midfielder Isco or St Etienne star Loic Perrin in this month's transfer window.

The trio have been linked with moves to Arsenal in recent days, with the Gunners interest in Perrin widely reported in the French media. Wenger rejected the suggestion that he was set to make a bid for the 29-year-old defender.

"No, we are not on the case," said Wenger when asked about Perrin, before he was then offered the names of Isco and Cech to comment on.

"Petr Cech is at Chelsea. We have three goalkeepers who for me are top class and there is a big competition going on. I have no doubt we have the needed quality [in that position].

"Isco? No, we are not on the case. We have plenty of creative players. We are more short on the defensive side of our game, not on the offensive side. We have plenty of offensive players.

"[Lukas] Podolski just went out on loan, we spoke about [Yaya] Sanogo going out because we have so many offensive players that they don't get a chance to play. So we won't buy someone else in the attack."

However, Wenger did confirm Arsenal were monitoring the progress of 17-year-old Legia Warsaw defensive midfielder Krystian Bielik, but a deal for the Polish star is still to be finalised.

"He is a young boy that we follow," he added. "We are not very close at the moment [to an agreement]." Wenger confirmed that striker Sanogo could go on loan to Premier League side Hull City, but he stated his hope that attacking star Joel Campbell will remain at the club despite his lack of first team opportunities.
