Tyler Boyd scored twice as Wellington Phoenix ran out 3-1 winners over Adelaide United to move above their opponents in the A-League.
Kenny Cunningham broke the deadlock nine minutes after the break only for Sergio Cirio to level things up for Adelaide in the 73rd minute.
However, Boyd restored Wellington's lead four minutes later and then wrapped up the scoring in the final seconds to lift his side up to third in the table, two points better off than their hosts.
On Tuesday, Brisbane Roar played out a goalless draw with Sydney FC that left Frans Thijssen's side in seventh and Graham Arnold's team in fifth.
