Paris Saint-Germain beat Inter Milan thanks to Yohan Cabaye strike

Yohan Cabaye's strike gave Paris Saint-Germain a 1-0 victory over Inter Milan in a friendly in Morocco on Tuesday night.

As usual, PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic took centre stage as he met former boss Roberto Mancini having played in the Italian's first reign at the San Siro.

After a dull first 25, he tested Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic with a close range effort, before Adrien Rabiot forced the Inter man into another save with a shot from 20 yards.

Inter almost took the lead before the break, though, as Mauro Icardi broke free and tried to chip Nicolas Douchez in the PSG goal, only to see it fly wide.

In the second half, Blaise Matuidi's cross found Ibrahimovic but, once again, Handanovic provided a fine stop to keep the game scoreless. It didn't last long, however, as Rabiot's cross was deflected to Cabaye who finished neatly on 57 minutes.

Inter pressed for an equaliser through Andrea Palazzi, George Puscas and Nemanja Vidic, but PSG held on for the win.
