Two fine goals from Nathan Burns lifted Wellington Phoenix to a 2-0 victory over Sydney FC in the A-League.
Burns opened the scoring from a well-worked goal after 73 minutes before sealing the three points with a low drive nine minutes from time.
Burns, 26, is hoping to make the Australia squad for next month's Asian Cup and his starring role in the win should bolster his hopes, having now scored 10 goals in 11 games.
The win lifts Wellington above their opponents into fourth spot while Sydney have just one win from their last eight matches.
