Samir Nasri unsure of Machester City future, 'will pack bags' if asked to leave

Samir Nasri admits his is unsure of his Manchester City future, and would leave the club if asked to by the Premier League champions.

Nasri, 27, signed a new five-year deal this summer after playing a key role in City's late title surge last season.

Despite the contract extension, the French playmaker -- who previously said his future and those of his teammates depend on their Champions League progress -- was noncommittal regarding his future.

"I do not know if I will leave the club," Nasri told beIN Sports in quotes picked up by the Daily Mirror. "If they come to me and they tell me to pack my bags, I will leave."

City travel to Italy needing a win against Roma in Wednesday's Champions League Group E decider, and Nasri is confident his team can secure progress to the last 16 by playing to their full potential.

"If we play our game, we will win against Roma," he said. "The greatest risk is to play with pressure and to have this apprehension.

"If we don't ask questions, and we play our game, then we will do it. We have more qualities. If we are eliminated from the Champions League, this is not the fault of the coach -- it is the players who are on the pitch."
