No offers for Grzegorz Krychowiak, insists Sevilla sporting director Monchi

Sevilla say they have not received any offers for Poland international Grzegorz Krychowiak, who has been linked with Arsenal among a number of other clubs.

Krychowiak, 24, only joined Sevilla from Reims this summer but there is already speculation his stay at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan could be a short one, with Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund also said to be interested in the 24 million-pound-rated defensive midfielder.

However, Sevilla's sporting director Ramon Rodriguez Verdejo (Monchi) says there is nothing to report with regards a possible sale, adding that the player is happy at the Primera Division club.

"We've not received any offers for him," Monchi told Radio Marca. "Things are going very well with Krychowiak. We're going to let him enjoy being at Sevilla because he's delighted to be here. There's nothing [to announce]."

Krychowiak's agent Cezary Kucharski told Seville-based paper Estadio Deportivo in November that there is nothing to the speculation linking the player with Arsenal so far, saying: "At the moment I have no contact with Arsenal in relation to Krychowiak.

"He is focused 100 percent on Sevilla, and not thinking about any other club."
