Rafael and Radamel Falcao return to training at Man United

Manchester United pair Rafael da Silva and Radamel Falcao have confirmed via their Instagram accounts that they have returned to training.

Striker Falcao, who has only started three games for United since joining from Monaco on a season-long loan at the end of the transfer window, has missed their last three games with a calf injury.

Right-back Rafael has been sidelined for the defeat against Manchester City and the victory over Crystal Palace with a muscle problem.

United will hope both South Americans are fit for their next game, away at Arsenal on Nov. 22.

Falcao, who suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury in January, has not been included in the Colombia squad for their friendlies against the United States and Slovenia.

In his absence, manager Louis van Gaal has said he is struggling to play two strikers, suggesting he will face a decision between the former Atletico Madrid player and Robin van Persie when both are available.

Winger Antonio Valencia has deputised for Rafael at right-back in United's last two matches.
