The hardest part of coaching a national team is being able to cultivate new talent within a four-year World Cup cycle. This task is especially challenging for Mexico manager Miguel Herrera, who knows that more than half of Mexico's 2014 World Cup roster will be 30 or older when the 2018 World Cup comes around, and as a result, must replenish talent at key positions to move Mexico past its round-of-16 performance in Brazil.
