Lukas Podolski will seek talks with Arsenal about his future and is open to listening to offers from other clubs.
Speaking at a news conference ahead of Germany's final two games of 2014 against Gibraltar and Spain, the Arsenal attacker again said he was frustrated by his lack of game time.
The Germany international has been struggling for first-team football since the World Cup, and has previously raised doubts over his future at the Emirates Stadium.
This season, he has not started a Premier League match and has made only four substitute appearances.
The 29-year-old has made three brief outings in the Champions League group stage, and scored in the late 2-1 win over Anderlecht.
"You can't be satisfied when you are not playing. I don't get the chance to show my worth, but I give it my all in training," he said.
"If you can't play, then you can't say 'he's not playing well' or 'he has a crisis' if you're not given the chance. If you only come in for eight or 10 minutes, it is hard to get into the game.
"I will seek talks with the club in the winter, and let's see what happens. It is hard when you can't do what you love. I don't know why that is -- you'd have to ask my coach in England."
When asked by a Turkish reporter whether Galatasaray could be a potential new club, Podolski replied: "As a footballer, you have to see what's on the table and then make a decision."
But the former Cologne attacker also explained that Arsenal would need to decide whether to let him leave or not, adding: "If nothing happens, I'll stay. It's not like I am totally dissatisfied."
