Anthony Martial forces late draw for Monaco at PSG

Anthony Martial left it late but earned Monaco a point in a 1-1 draw against Paris Saint-Germain that leaves the defending champions seven points off the Ligue 1 summit.

Ninety minutes were on the clock when Martial struck, cancelling out Lucas Moura's opener for PSG.

Consequently, Laurent Blanc's men are well off the pace being set by Marseille, with with result taking the gloss of a week which saw them beat Barcelona in the Champions League.

Alexandre Lacazette scored a hat trick as Lyon secured their most impressive result of the season so far with a resounding 3-0 win over third-placed Lille.

Having been dropped from the France national team in midweek, Lacazette answered his critics by firing a first-half brace before rounding off a successful afternoon for himself and his team in the closing stages.

The win lifted Lyon up to sixth in the table as Lille lost ground on leaders Marseille and missed the chance to go into the international break in second position.

Wissam Ben Yedder scored the only goal of the game as Toulouse moved above St Etienne into eighth with a 1-0 win at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard.

Ben Yedder tucked home in the 21st minute and although the home side had chances to level, most notably when Benjamin Corgnet struck the crossbar just after the half hour, Toulouse held on and are now unbeaten in four games.

It is a different story for Les Verts, who were third in the table after beating Lens a couple of weeks ago but are now winless in their last four in all competitions.

Guingamp's woes at the Stade Municipal de Roudourou continued as they suffered a fourth defeat in five with a 1-0 loss at home to Nantes.

Georges-Kevin Nkoudou solitary first-half strike -- his first of the season -- ensured Les Canaris became the latest team this season to leave Brittany with all three points and condemned the forlorn hosts to another week at the bottom of the table.

In contrast, a first league win of the season on the road for Michel Der Zakarian ensured his side moved level with Lille for a short time at least with PSG playing Monaco later on Sunday.
