Eden Hazard has hinted that his future lies with Chelsea, and suggests that potential suitors Paris Saint-Germain need to win the Champions League in order to become a "top club."

Hazard, 23, starred for Jose Mourinho's side last season, scoring 17 goals to attract interest from the Ligue 1 giants among others.

But the Belgium international believes he can become a stronger player by staying at Stamford Bridge, stating he would only return back to France to play for his boyhood club Lille.

"When I left Lille, I wanted to leave France, so I couldn't have signed for PSG," Hazard told Canal+. "Every year I'm the priority of PSG. But I'm at Chelsea and this is where I want to grow. This is the most important.

"Never say never, but if I came back to Ligue 1, it would be with Lille, the team I support and I still love.

"Today, Paris is in the same world as Chelsea, Real Madrid and Bayern [Munich], but if they want to be part of the best, they must win the Champions League."

Mourinho has moved to defend the forward's below-par performance during Saturday's 3-0 victory over Aston Villa, with the Blues coach stating there are "no dramas" over the Belgian's slow start to the campaign.
