Rojo, 24, missed his new club's first three games after his move from Sporting Lisbon as he waited to obtain a visa.
But the UK Border Agency confirmed on Thursday that the Argentina international defender has been granted a work permit and he is now available to play against Queens Park Rangers on Sept. 14.
The UK Border Agency has agreed to grant #mufc defender @MarcosRojo5 a visa and he will therefore be available to face QPR on 14 September.

"I am desperate to get onto the field and play because I have not been able to step on to Old Trafford. My life has changed a lot," he told Argentine press, as reported by The Telegraph.
"I am very happy to be at Manchester United, a top team in the world, sharing a dressing room with players like [Wayne] Rooney, [Robin] Van Persie, [Angel] Di Maria and now [Radamel] Falcao."
Rojo cost 16 million pounds from Sporting Lisbon and, although he played as a left-back for Argentina as they reached the World Cup final, he is expected to line up in the centre of the United defence.
The 24-year-old is currently on international duty and played in Argentina's 4-2 win over Germany on Wednesday.
United are also waiting to see if another defender will be available against QPR as Chris Smalling has sat out their last two games with a groin injury.
