Radio Marca has reported that Barca had made the Germany centre-back their top target as they seek to reinforce their defence this summer, but Guardiola insisted Boateng is firmly in his plans.
"I don't usually say anything about things I read in the newspaper, but I am planning 100 percent with him here," the former Barca boss told a news conference in Portland, Ore., where Bayern are preparing for a game against MLS All-Stars on Wednesday.
Bayern have already allowed Mario Mandzukic and Toni Kroos to leave this summer, but Guardiola said he did not expect any more of his first-team players to leave.
Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told Bild that the rumours about Boateng, who signed from Manchester City in 2011, were "laughable."
Sky Sports has reported that Barcelona have now made a bid worth 10 million pounds for Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen.
