Edinson Cavani has been strongly linked with a transfer away from Paris Saint-Germain this summer but the Uruguay international on Wednesday gave the strongest indication yet that he intends to stay at the French champions.
"I am doing fine in Paris and I plan to stay there, but you can see how this transfer market is, you never know," Cavani told Ovacion! on Tuesday night. "The plan was to stay in Paris and the club owners think that as well."

Cavani, 27, signed a five-year deal with PSG last summer after joining from Napoli for an estimated 64 million euros.
Cavani, who was reportedly unhappy at being played in a wide position to accommodate Zlatan Ibrahimovic in coach Laurent Blanc's 4-3-3 formation, said he believes the situation has been resolved.
"This was discussed before the season ended and I believe that for this season there will be a new arrangement," Cavani said.
Asked whether he wanted to stay at PSG, Cavani replied: "Of course!"
Manchester United have been linked with a move for the forward, but Cavani said he does not believe the French champions have any intention of selling him.
On Monday, Cavani told El Observador: "Football is a sport in which trust is everything. When a club wants a player, they call and seek you out to add you to the project and to involve you. For the moment, they [PSG] have shown me maximum trust.
