Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo has said he does not want to leave the Premier League champions.

Negredo signed for City last summer from Sevilla and enjoyed a promising start to his career in England, scoring nine league goals in the first half of the season.
But the last of those top-flight goals came in January and he struggled to impress during the second half of the campaign.
The Spain international has been linked with a move back to his homeland but the forward has stressed he is happy at City.
In a Q&A on the club's website, Negredo said: "I don't want to leave City.
"I'm very happy and very settled here. I had a difficult end to the season and that's why there has been a lot of talking, but I've been very happy here from the first day I arrived."
