And there goes the final whistle. A fantastic victory for Galatasaray in the end and you have to say they deserved it. A superb first-half attacking performance before they sat back in the second and defended for their lives to then hit Schalke on the counter in the final moments.
Altintop plays in Amrabat as Gala break down the other end. Hildebrand makes the save before Amrabat finishes the rebound into an empty net.

We're into the last ten or so minutes of the game. Time is starting to tick for Schalke who need a goal.

Kaya is down hurt after being brushed aside by Draxler in that previous attack. Looks as if he is going to have to be stretchered off the pitch.
Draxler has been a real handful for this Galatasaray defence in the second half. You feel if Schalke are to score again then it will have something to do with him.
Lovely work by Draxler down the left as he shakes off his marker and drives into the box. He tries to square the ball to the unmarked Pukki in the middle but Muslera does well to intercept the pass.
Farfan sends a free-kick from the right into the box and picks out the run of the unmarked Howedes but the defender can only head high and wide. Should have hit the target.
Bastos with a ball into the box from the left but Nounkeu is there once again to avert the danger. He has had a top game.
Gala manage to head clear the resulting corner but only as far as Farfan who smashes a shot towards goal only for Nounkeu to throw his body in front of the strike. Top defending.
A slick move from Schalke as Pukki plays in Bastos down the right who forces a corner for the home side.
Remember, despite it being 3-3 on aggregate, Schalke still need to score another as Gala are currently leading on away goals.

Schalke win a corner. Farfan sends it in but again it was not the best of deliveries and Gala get it clear.
Penalty shout for Schalke as Draxler seems to strike the ball against Melo's hand. Nothing given though.

Schalke open up Gala as Draxler picks the ball up inside the area before beating a man and bringing another top save out of Muslera.
What a thrilling game this is. Schalke deserved that goal for their constant pressure. It really could go either way now, you could not call it.
Gala go straight up the other end and Sneijder nearly extends their lead with a superb effort from the edge of the box but it falls just wide of the top corner.
Pukki slides in to beat Muslera to the ball. It falls to Uchida who knocks it to Bastos who then fires home into the empty net.

Draxler does brilliantly to beat two men before driving into the Gala area and firing an effort just wide of the top corner. He is been magnificent for Schalke tonight, really grabbing this game by the scruff of the neck.
It is all Schalke currently, who are on the lookout for two goals of course. Gala having to put in a real defensive display at the moment. And so far it has been top notch in this half.
Draxler picks out Pukki in the box. The striker tries to turn and shoot but he is put under pressure by the Gala defence and in the end his shot is poor and fails to find the target.
Pukki finds some space in the box and manages to get a shot away at goal but Muslera makes a top save to turn it past the post.
Farfan takes the corner but it is poor and fails to beat the first man.
Schalke are having a real go at it now as Uchida gets forward down the right to win the corner.
Fuchs finds some space down the left and sends a delivery into the box but Gala head it clear. The ball soon falls to Draxler on the edge of the box but his shot at goal canons back off a defender.
Pukki latches onto the end of Draxler's ball before firing a shot well wide of the goal. He had Bastos in the middle which would have been by far the better option as the angle for shooting was pretty tight.
Yilmaz picks the ball up on the edge of the box and swivels before firing an effort at goal, only for Hildebrand to pull off a top save to turn it round the post.
A lot of last-ditch defending going on from Galatasaray. That could well be the precedent for the rest of the night.
Barcelona are now 3-0 up against AC Milan if you were wondering. That would be enough to take them through to the next round.
Yilmaz latches onto a long ball over the top of the defence but the linesman's flag soon goes up for offside.
Uchida comes forward down the right and plays a neat ball into Draxler in the box but his touch lets him down and the move soon comes to an end.

The corner is very poor though and Gala are able to head clear with ease.
Schalke are going to have to attack from the off, and they have started well by winning a corner.

What a first half. What a turnaround from Galatasaray. Schalke with it all to do now as they need to score two to progress to the next round. They may well be able to do that, but you would certainly back the Turkish side to grab another too.
No, as Muslera does well to claim the cross. And there goes the half-time whistle.

Schalke and Galatasaray come into tonight's game with contrasting results. The Germans recorded a memorable 2-1 win over Borussia Dortmund at the weekend, while the Turkish side lost 1-0 to mid-table outfit Genclerbirli.
Galatasaray, meanwhile, boast a strong line-up with the competition's second top-scorer Burak Yilmaz as well as January signings Didier Drogba and Wesley Sneijder among their ranks. Coach Faith Terim will be hoping Drogba and Sneijder have had enough time to gel with their team-mates to perform at the top level tonight.
Schalke will have to make do without the injured Klaas-Jan Huntelaar as well as the suspended Jermaine Jones - who scored for the Germans in the first leg. Coach Jens Keller is able, however, to call on the likes of in-form Julian Draxler and Joel Matip.
