Stamford Bridge, England
That is all from us tonight. Hope you enjoyed it and see you at the weekend for more Premier League drama as well as the FA Cup final.
That result means Chelsea sit third with 69 points, Arsenal fourth with 67 and Spurs fifth with 66. All teams have two games left to play.
In the end it finishes all square and that is probably just about the right result. Chelsea's performance dropped as the game went on while Spurs upped their level and deserved their second-half equaliser.
And there goes the final whistle...
We're into the final minute of the game...
Bale takes the free-kick but he can only strike the ball right down the middle and Cech makes a comfortable save.

Tottenham win a free-kick in a dangerous position but Huddlestone wastes it completely as his delivery sails out for a throw.
Some nice work from Adebayor. He soon picks out Parker on the right but his cross lands straight into the arms of Cech. Chelsea look very tired now all over the pitch.
Bale picks up a yellow for a late challenge.
Assou-Ekotto plays in a ball from the left but Ivanovic clears. Chelsea look shattered.
Chelsea bring on Benayoun for Oscar.
Bale picks up the ball from outside the box and once again takes on the shot but he sends it wide. This game is set up for a late Bale winner, isn't it?
Chelsea come forward but Moses is unable to play in Torres. This game could really go either way.
Tottenham with the upper hand now and continue to pile the pressure on Chelsea. Bale shoots from distance but his effort canons back off a defender.
What a finish we have in store for us now. Ten minutes left and both sides will be in search of the winner.
A superb move from Spurs as Assou-Ekotto picks out the run of Adebayor in the box. The striker neatly flicks it to Sigurdsson who then curls an effort into the bottom corner from close ragne.
GOAL FOR TOTTENHAM. SIGURDSSON.
Luiz has a go from the resulting free-kick but it was never troubling Lloris in goal.
Vertonghen goes into the book for kicking the ball away after the referee had blown for a foul on Torres.
There were 19 shots in the first half but only three in the first 30 minutes after the break.
Chelsea on the other hand, have had plenty of joy penetrating the Tottenham defence and could really be more than 2-1 up as a result.
Spurs have really struggled going forward tonight and have rarely managed to penetrate this Chelsea defence.
Dempsey picks up the ball on the edge of the box and beats Cole before taking aim at goal. Ivanovic is there to make an excellent block, however.
Huddlestone picks up the ball from Bale. He tries to send the ball into the box but his delivery sails out for a goal kick. Poor.
Chelsea bring on Moses for Hazard. The Belgian has been brilliant tonight but it looks like he may have a tight hamstring again as he makes his way to the dressing room.
Talking of Bale, he has 11 goals in the final 30 minutes of Premier League games this season. Watch this space.
Spurs make another change as Dempsey comes on for Holtby.
This game is beginning to get very stretched as Spurs continue to push forward for an equaliser. Chelsea look very dangerous on the break.
Chelsea break down the other end instantly as Hazard plays in Mata down the right but the Spaniard's delivery sails out for the goal kick.
Holtby spots the run of Sigurdsson in the box but the midfielder's touch lets him down and the move comes to an end.
Bale still having a very quiet game by his standards but it only takes one moment of brilliance from the Wales international...
Bale goes down under a challenge from Cole right on the edge of the box. Looked like a foul but the referee waves play on.
Huddlestone picks out the unmarked Holtby at the far post but Vertonghen gets his foot to it and sends it over the bar. A real waste as Holtby would have had a great chance of equalising.

Bale has gone out to the right and Holtby to the left. Sigurdsson is playing just behind Adebayor.
Spurs bring on Sigurdsson for Lennon. The winger has been quiet tonight.
Chelsea break from the Spurs' corner and Mata looks to be clear. He sees Ramires in space inside the box but just as the ball is played to him, the Brazilian slips. Would surely have been a goal otherwise.

Huddlestone sends in the free-kick but his delivery canons back off the wall and out for the throw.
Walker does well to win a free-kick off Hazard in a dangerous position. That is the first foul Chelsea have committed.
Spurs finally enjoying some possession until Holtby gives the ball away carelessly.
Spurs look to be bringing on Sigurdsson. Villas-Boas is passing on some instructions to the midfielder.

Chelsea are looking dangerous every time they have come forward. Mata and Hazard especially have been a real threat.
It's Hazard this time who picks out Torres in the box but Assou-Ekotto does well to put off the striker and his header sails just wide of the target.

Bale, however, is there to head clear Mata's corner.
Chelsea win yet another corner...
Azpilicueta is down in pain after a strong challenge from Bale. He is soon up on his feet, though.
Tottenham have won only one of their last 31 Premier League away games when they've trailed by a single goal at half-time. Not good reading for Spurs fans.

Chelsea players celebrate Oscar's opening goal against Tottenham.
There goes the half-time whistle. A very enjoyable first half which Chelsea deservedly lead due to the fast-flowing football they have been playing. Spurs very much still in this, though.
Parker finds himself shooting at goal from a similar position to that of Adebayor for his goal. Sadly for Spurs the midfielder's effort sails high and wide.
Two minutes of injury time to be played...
Lovely play from Chelsea as they work the ball from one side of the pitch to the other. Hazard cuts in from the left before teeing up Oscar on the edge of the box but his first-time strike was never causing Lloris any major problems.
That was Ramires' fifth Premier League goal of the season, with all five coming at Stamford Bridge.
Walker plays a neat-one two with Adebyor in the area before running onto his pass and curling a strike just wide of Cech's near post. Good effort.
Spurs having to come from behind again then. Chelsea will be pretty content taking this well-deserved 2-1 lead into the break.
Vertonghen and Dawson were opened up far too easily for that goal, however. Spurs' defence has not been at its best tonight.
A lovely move from Chelsea as Torres picks out the run of Ramires, following some good work on the right. The midfielder shoots first time and finds the bottom corner.
GOAL FOR CHELSEA. RAMIRES.
Spurs need to be more alert when defending these set-pieces.
Chelsea win another free-kick. They take it quickly again and Ramires shoots from well outside the area but his effort sails over the bar.

Bale comes forward and shapes to shoot from the edge of the box only for Azpilicueta to make an important tackle.
Adebayor's goal was Tottenham's 250th in Premier League London derby games.
What a game this is shaping up to be. Spurs will hope to step up their attacking display after that strike.
Adebayor has barely featured up to that point. What a goal, though.
Spurs break from the Chelsea corner through Adebayor. The striker comes forward before curling a fine effort into the top corner from the edge of the box. Cech no chance.
GOAL FOR TOTTENHAM. ADEBAYOR.

Hazard has been everywhere so far...
Hazard cuts in from the left and rifles a strike at goal. It looks to be heading for the top corner only for Dawson to make a vital block with his head.
Despite Chelsea being the more effective of the two sides, it is Tottenham who have seen the most possession so far, with 53%.

That Oscar header was Chelsea's 16th headed goal this season. More than any other team in the Premier League this term.
Holtby latches onto a mistake from Chelsea's defence and looks to set himself for the shot from distance, only for Hazard to race back and make an important challenge.
Assou-Ekotto's cross-field ball to Walker sails out for a throw-in. That sums up Spurs' start to this game. Pretty disjointed.
On only one occasion this season have Tottenham failed to score away from home in the Premier League.

Chelsea win another free-kick. This time around Dawson brings down Torres.

A bright start from Chelsea as Cole gets forward down the left and manages to swing a cross into the box only for Assou-Ekotto to make an important clearance.

The two sides are making their way onto the pitch. We are just moments away from kick-off...
Spurs have not won at Stamford Bridge for 23
years so walking away with three points tonight would be a huge ask for the North London side.
Three points for Spurs, however, would mean they would move above Arsenal and into fourth, level on points with Chelsea. So all to play for.
Three points for Chelsea would effectively seal a top-four finish for the Blues, as they would then hold a six-point lead over Tottenham with a far more healthy goal difference.
Chelsea make three changes with Gary Cahill, Eden
Hazard and Fernando Torres coming into the side. Andre Villas-Boas also makes three changes for his first return to Stamford Bridge with Lewis Holtby, Emmanuel Adebayor and Scott Parker coming in.
