Sergio Aguero celebrates after giving City the lead
City have a deserved half-time lead thanks to a superb team goal rounded off by Aguero. West Ham have looked to battle back into it, but the hosts have looked much the stronger team.
The corner is cleared.
Jarvis this time crosses for Carroll, and his header flicks off Lescott for a corner.
Nolan crosses towards Carroll just in front of goal, but the striker is unable to direct it.
Aguero looks to drive towards goal, but when he plays the ball towards Tevez it's hoofed clear for a throw-in.
Toure clips a pass to Nasri, who finds Clichy on the overlap, but the left-back's cross is straight out of play.

City have only lost back-to-back Premier League games once under Roberto Mancini, when they lost to Arsenal and Wolves in October 2010, so they will be determined to record a positive result here.

The big team news is that David Silva returns for City after missing the last three games with a hamstring injury.
