Craven Cottage, England
So, that point means Chelsea stay in sixth, two points off both Newcastle and Tottenham. Not a great showing, solid enough, but they can now turn their attention to the FA Cup semi-final with Tottenham.
FULL TIME Clattenberg blows for full time in an entertaining game in which Fulham thoroughly merited a point. They finally got it through Clint Dempsey's 16th Premier League goal of the season. Frank Lampard gave Chelsea the lead after a baffling penalty award from the referee.
Good block from Kelly as Bertrand tried to cross. Dying stages...
Lucky Schwarzer, lucky! He came for a long punt, fumbled, but picked it up on the first bounce.
Etuhu can't prevent a corner. Big chance...
Three minutes of added time....
Chelsea doing more pressing now. Is there another goal in this one?
Drogba is on now too for Ramires as Cahill heads wide from a corner. Must have got a touch though as it is another corner.
Frei goes off after a great shift and Kacaniklic trots on.
A good chance for Dembele to play Sa through but he delays forever and the flag goes up.
Another free header from a corner - Orlando Sa this time - but Cech can save that one comfortably.
Oh dear Riise! Sprung through by Dempsey, the left back takes an awful touch, goes wide and has hit shot blocked.
So, how adventuruous do Fulham want to be? They've been the better team by far in the second half but will a point be enough for them?
Someone on the back post would have booted that clear easily. Still amazes me teams neglect to cover both posts.
Chelsea switched off after Cech's brilliant save, Dempsey rose with a free header and it creeps in the back post as there was no-one on it.
GOAL But it is in now from Dempsey!
What a save! Unbelievable stop from Cech from a point blank Hughes header!
Kelly's ball forward wins a corner as Diarra comes off for Orlando Sa.
A decent effort from Dempsey but before that a really good interception from Bertrand as Dembele looked to race clear.
I think even Fulham's fans are resigning themselves to a 1-0 defeat. Still time left though....
More poor delivery from Duff, again, only Dempsey in the box. Fulham are fading fast here.
Fulham have had 59% possession in the last five minutes. All very well, but it is goals they need and chances.
Better from Fulham - a good interchange between Dempsey and Duff and another cross but a good clearing header from Ivanovic.
Murphy trots off, Etuhu comes on.
Duff now clipped by Bertrand, free kick given.
Chelsea looking more likely to score on the counter than Fulham to equalise. Changes are afoot though.
Dempsey is not happy with Lampard's high tackle. Not the greatest attempt to get the ball.
Meireles heads off and Juan Mata trots on. Danger for Fulham.
Another good ball into the box but again only Dempsey in there. Get people forward if you want to score...
Chelsea are desperately trying to double up on Frei now whenever he gets the ball. Dempsey wins a corner.
What a chance for Kalou! Great ball in from Lampard, with the outside of his boot, and the ball flashes wide via a combination of Riise and Kalou.
Plenty of nice football from Fulham but they lack a cutting edge up front.
Lampard's effort hits the wall and is then hacked away by Diarra.
Murphy is carded for a blatant trip on Lampard, who was shuffling towards the penalty area. No arguments about the card.
Superb football from Fulham as Frei spins a ball inside Ivanovic for Riise, he tries a bender with the outside of his left boot and only just misses. However, he was offside.
The rain is absolutely lashing down in west London now. Filthy conditions.
Again Frei worries Chelsea, as he nutmegs Ivanovic and is hauled back.
Mikel gets carded for clipping the slippery Frei.
Dempsey goes down after losing control of the ball but Clattenberg isn't buying that one. Quite rightly. The Cottage is furious though, well, most of it.
Frei makes a nice break but Dempsey is the only one in support. Fulham need to be a tad more adventurous, if I may be so bold.
Another Fulham move breaks down with Duff. He's been very average tonight.
Very well worked from Chelsea, Kalou into the box, Torres flicks back to Meireles who shoots over from the edge of the box. Poor finishing.
Ramires cuts inside after Meireles found him but his shot lacks pace and doesn't trouble Schwarzer.
Now that one is a penalty - Hangeland pushes Lampard in the back as Bertrand crossed from the left. Clattenberg waves it away. Perhaps that balances out the one that was given.
Dempsey thinks he is through as he tackles Cahill, but as the ball flicks up it hits his arm and Clattenberg blows.
Back on the field of play, Lampard lashes a left footed shot narrowly wide of Schwarzer's post.
If that is right then that is quite simply extraordinary. The replay shows that Kalou prodded a boot into Kelly's leg and fell over #perplexed
We are now told that Danny Murphy was informed by the referee that he WASN'T the person who was penalised for the penalty. Bizarre. Kelly was also close but committed no foul that I saw.
We begin again...
Both valid viewpoints...
Chad Havens on Facebook: I'm sorry but you can't go in with a two footed, cleats up tackle anymore. He got some of the ball but that was stupid to go with both feet and cleats up
Yossarian Lives on Facebook: Murphy gets all ball ----> Penalty
John Arne Riise challenges Ramires for a high ball
HALF TIME Controversy to end the half and Danny Murphy continues his protests to the referee. Harsh on Fulham, who were the better side for the majority of the half, but Chelsea have the vital opening goal.
GOAL Emphatic finish from Lampard!
Murphy went in clumsily but it looked like he got the ball - Fulham players incensed with the referee.
Chelsea penalty and a questionable decision from Clattenberg.
From the free kick Riise's effort is blocked then Diarra tries to play a miracle pass and loses possession.
Cahill sees yellow for a sliding tackle on Diarra, trouble is he got the ball. Another harsh booking.
Before that another really good slice of possession for Fulham as Frei had it on the edge of the box. His worst option was shooting, which he duly chose.
Fantastic, important tackle from Hughes as Torres looked to break with Ramires up in support.
Lampard is late on Dembele, who slips by him in a flash.
Kelly is down for a spot of treatment, perhaps on the hand that took the brunt of Bertrand's shot earlier.
Cech fluffs a clearance and whacks the ball right into Demspey head. He had turned slightly but it looked very painful.
Highly ambitious ball from Torres, scooping the ball into the area hoping Lampard would make the run.
Now Chelsea win a corner. Nice brisk pace to the game so far.
Duff's had a very poor half an hour, Dempsey feeds him down the right but his cross is awful.
Bertrand has a go on goal, the full back wants handball but all he gets is a corner. It did hit Kelly's hand, which was out, but it wasn't intentional.
More danger from the left as Riise drives a ball into the box but a distinct lack of white shirts in there.
Another long range effort from Frank Lampard - another one that troubles the stands more than the net.
Dempsey fails to collect the ball after a slip from Terry - he could have been in on Cahill then.
A great spell for Fulham as dangerous balls come into the box from both flanks.
Going back to the Meireles booking, it is the sort of incident that could easily be rectified by technology. We could all see within seconds Riise had dived, an official watching that could buzz the ref and have it wiped out immediately. Now Meireles is walking a tightrope.
What a run from Frei! He tricks three Chelsea players, cuts inside then out and forces Cech into a good low save with a powerful drive. Corner.
Best move of the game from Chelsea, Dembele gets down the left and finds Dempsey but he stabs an effort towards goal in a panic and Cech saves comfortably.
Meireles gets the card that has been coming but he hasn't even touched Riise there - a very poor decision from the referee.
Meireles is the latest to shoot and nearly clears the stand.
Duff again disappoints in a promising position, throwing himelf over Lampard's leg trying to get a free kick but losing possession. Chelsea break and Kalou shoots from range right at Schwarzer.
Great ball in from Riise after he was found by Hangeland, Duff meets it on the volley with his left foot but he lacks any conviction and dribbles it into Cech's arms.
The crowd are on Clattenberg's back to book Meireles after he fouls Diarra. He's on thin ice.
Nicely worked by Fulham as Duff cuts in and finds Diarra but he falls over before Terry clears.
Good defending from Ivanovic, who tracks Frei and cuts out Riise attempted pass.
Diarra's error allows Chelsea to counter, Torres finds Meireles, he tees up Mikel who blasts wildly over from 30 yards. Not his strongest suit, shooting.
A real waste of a corner from Fulham, they take it short and Dembele loses it immediately.
Mikel chops down Dempsey, who had turned him superbly. He could have been in on the centre backs then Dempsey.
Bright start from the away side though, minus any real penetration.
Two more corners delivered by Lampard, cleared by Hangeland.
Frei brings the ball clear and is chopped down cynically by Meireles, who was so late he is extremely fortunate not to go in the book.
Another Chelsea corner. Pressure building on Fulham but they squeak this one clear.
Super move from Chelsea as Kalou gets down the left, crosses for Lampard - his flick back to Torres is neat but Hangeland blocks the shot.
Lampard's long punt is nodded clear by Hangeland as Torres tried to hold him off. Not the service the Spaniard wants.
Cech claims Murphy's corner in front of Hangeland.
Great ball from Murphy and space for Riise on the left but a very poor cross. Still, Fulham rebuild and win a corner.
Drogba looks pretty miserable on the bench.
A tight game, as to be expected on one of the smallest pitches in the Premier League.
A misunderstanding between Frei and Riise as the left back had made a nice run into the box. He turned the wrong way as the ball went the other.
Bertrand's cross finds Torres but Murphy gets to the knock down before Lampard.
Predictable boos for John Terry's first touch of the ball.
The teams emerge into the gloom and drizzle, to a lively atmosphere at Craven Cottage. We're all set....

Just 1.7 miles separate these two clubs from each other, but they couldn't be more different. One a small, family club with a modest stadium and ambitions to match, the other a big player in world football, with a big stadium and an eye watering wage bill.
Danny Murphy and Kerim Frei are the only changes to the Fulham line-up that beat Bolton 3-0 at the weekend, while Pavel Pogrebnyak is out for the second successive match due to an ankle injury.
John Terry is back for the derby despite his cracked ribs. Frank Lampard is also passed fit after a thigh injury. Fernando Torres is recalled but Juan Mata is rested and Ashley Cole misses out again with an ankle knock.
Newcastle's win over Bolton has taken them fifth, level on points with Tottenham, who lost at home to Norwich. A win would take Chelsea level with those two.
