FULL TIME That's it! Inter are world champions after a deserved victory. They were on cruise control for the second half, but did the damage early in the first. Goals from Pandev, Eto'o and Biabiany seal the game and defeat the brave African side.
Kabangu, who has been Mazembe's best player, strikes an effort right at Cesar.
Come on. let's have a goal for Mazembe - they deserve it. Ndonga nearly had a clear sight of goal but Lucio stuck out a leg.
Three minutes added...
Kaluyituka heads off after a tireless shift, but he should have a goal to his name. Ndonga is on.
Cracking ball from Kabanga but Singuluma can't direct his header on target.
Motta heads off and Macdonald Mariga heads on.
A very tidy finish from Biabiany and a good run too. A shame for Mazembe, but they have had their chances this half.
GOAL That's it, game over. Great feet from Biabiany as he collected Stankovic's chip over the top. He controlled, took it wide of the keeper and found the net.
Another card, this time for Kasusula as he went to ground on Biabiany. Not a good tackle, deserved booking.
Another great ball in from Kabangu and Kaluyituka meets it with a glancing header but he picks out Cesar again. Mazembe on top.
A dangerous ball in from Kabangu again and Kaluyituka meets it at the near post but Cesar blocks before Maicon hacks behind for a corner.
A powerful effort from Eto'o as Stankovic slipped him in wide. Kidiaba stayed upright and blocked the shot.
Now Kaluyituka tries to score from 35 yards out from a free kick when Mazembe got numbers into the box. Not good football at all.
What a shame. That would have made things very interesting. Perhaps if he had gone down when Cesar flung himself to the floor he many have got a penalty, but he had to shoot.
The best chance Mazembe have had but no composure at all from Kaluyituka, who gets into the area but neglects to shoot in favour of trying to round Cesar, but knocks it too far then falls over. That was the chance.
Mihayo goes for glory from a full 40 yards out but that was never troubling Cesar.
Milito has sneaked off and Biabiany is on.
Now Maicon swings in a ball and Pandev can't climb high enough to meet it. Inter win the corner though.
A total waste from Pandev as he receives the ball on the left. He tries to come back onto his left but can't get a shot off.
Lucio is the latest to go down, though Ekanga is very upset with the award. Not surprisingly, given that there was no contact.
Kabangu chips a ball over the top for Singuluma but he is a yard offside.
Careless from Pandev as an Inter break was on. His pass for Milito was lazy.
Samuel Eto'o is taking a bit of punishment, more to do with his speed than any malice on the part of Mazembe. They all love him anyway.
Panic in Inter's box as Kabangu's cross is parried by Cesar but from the follow up, Kanda's shot is blocked.
Eto'o slaloms towards goal and is denied in the area by a good tackle from Kimwaki.
The game is stretched now as Mazembe chase a goal. Lucio nearly crosses for Stankovic to score but the ball was overhit.
The corner is played short and clipped in by Stankovic but Milito can't connect with his header.
A good run from Maicon but although his eventual cross hits the outside of the post, Stankovic was completely unmarked on the six yard box waiting to tap home a cross that never came.
Eto'o gets sandwiched by Bedi and Ekanga.
Kasusula's cross reaches Singuluma but Inter pass their way out of trouble nicely.
Lucio's jinking run is interrupted by Kimwaki.
Zanetti has slotted in at left back to make way for Stankovic in midfield.
Stankovic comes on in place of Chivu.
Zanetti's taken a blow to the face and jogs off for treatment.
A decent start to the half from Mazembe who are trying to open their attacking shoulders here a bit. A little composure in the final third and they could create a couple of chances.
The ball gets into the box but Kabangu was offside.
Kabangu's effort hits the wall and Mazembe try to rebuild.
The referee gives a generous free kick to Mazembe after Motta slides in on Singuluma. He got the ball cleanly.
No changes at half time and it'll be interesting to see how Mazembe approach this. If they can sneak a goal, Inter may wobble.
We begin again...
Pandev celebrates Inter's first goal.
As you are probably aware by now, heavy snow meant only two Premier League games went ahead. West Ham claimed a point at Blackburn, while Sunderland beat Bolton 1-0 in the early kick off.
HALF TIME A stroll for Inter, as many had predicted. Mazembe getting frustrated as they put in some increasingly naughty tackles. How will they approach the second half?
Mazembe's best cahnce of the half as Kaluyituka gets a sight of goal on the edge of the box but though he hits a powerful shot, Lucio makes a superb block. Great defending.
Maicon is the latest to go down. He gets a free kick wide right, that yields a corner.
They've got to hold their discipline here, Mazembe. They were denied a free kick but they can't hurtle into challenges like that.
It's all going off now. Mazembe claim a free kick but don't get it as Kabangu was blocked off by Motta, then Milito is put clean through again but Kasusula gets a foot in, then the defender is carded for a wild lunge on Zanetti.
Pandev is muscled off the ball by Nkulukuta but wins the free kick.
Now Kaluyituka tries a very ambitious effort from 30 yards that dribbles wide.
Much better from Mazembe as EKanga puts in a cracking ball but Kabangu is just short of it.
Mazembe are wide open at the back and only a poor ball from Pandev prevents another gilt-edged chance for Milito.
That was crackers. Ekanga got up after the dive in the box, then ran straight into Motta's shoulder and rolled around on the floor for two minutes. Still got booked though.
Nice move involving Ekanga but he goes down theatrically in the box looking for a penalty and will now be booked for diving. Once he's stopped rolling around on the floor after running into Motta.
Better from Mazembe and Kabangu gets down the right and wins a corner off Chivu.
A shot on goal at last from Mazembe as Kaluyituka has a pop from 30 yards but Cesar is right behind it. Perhaps that will give the African champions some confidence.
Cambiasso tries to find Eto'o but Nkulukuta shepherds the ball out of play.
Now Pandev is down after a crunching tackle from Bedi. No cards.
Motta is rolling around the turf and I have to admit I'm not sure why. Mazembe put the ball out for his to get treatment.
Now it is Inter who can sit in and play on the counter.
That would have killed the game completely and a striker of Milito's quality really should be slotting chances like that in his sleep.
What a chance for Milito. He springs the offside trap and just has the keeper to beat, but Kidiaba narrows the angle and makes the save.
Mazembe look a little shell-shocked but they need to make sure they don't concede any more before half time or this could be a rout.
Pandev tries a curler towards the far post but Kimwaki gets his head in the way. Then Eto'o fires into the side-netting but had been flagged offside.
Kasusula gave the ball away, Zanetti got to the byline and crossed and Eto'o spun and hit the ball into the bottom corner, causing the goalkeeper Kidiaba to go absolutely nuts at his defence.
GOAL Eto'o makes it 2-0 with a drilled low shot from the edge of the box and that should be game over.
Ekanga gets into the area but Lucio is there again to whack clear.
Just what Mazembe didn't want. Now they have to chase the game, which will leave gaps at the back Inter can exploit. Perhaps they should just try and see it through until half time.
Eto'o swapped touches with Cambiasso and cushioned a volley between the centre backs and Pandev finished coolly with the outside of his left boot. All too simple for Inter.
GOAL How easy was that? Pandev finishes nicely as he latched onto Eto'o's ball right through the heart of Mazembe's defence.
Kaluyituka is carded for a fierce tackle on Cambiasso.
Kasusula has his number - 3 - shaved into his head. Splendid work.
Mazembe work it well out to Kabangu but he tries to fire in a low cross and Lucio gets in the way of it.
Pandev is fouled by Kasusula.
A messy clearance from Kimwaki as Eto'o looked for Milito inside the area.
Lucio is across to prevent the ball getting to Kabangu.
Neat play in midfield from Bedi and Ekanga.
We have one of the most polite pitch invaders I've ever seen. He just has a jog across the field, holding a scarf, then hops over the advertising hoardings. I don't fancy his chances much.
The pattern is set already as Inter do the pressing and Mazembe look to play on the counter.
Mazembe kneel on their own goal-line for their customary pre-match prayer.
The stadium is full and there's some rather impressive co-ordinated dancing in the stands from the African fans.
Mazembe have already made history, by becoming the first team outside of Europe or South America to make the final. They stunned Brazilian side Internacional to reach the final but surely, the Italian Inter will have too much for them tonight?
Before the game kicks off, in 15 minutes, why not have a read of our preview.
