Referee: Wolfgang Stark
Delirious scenes of celebration in Pod Goricom, as Montenegro fans contemplate a two-legged shot at reaching Euro 2012 next summer. England, meanwhile, now have nine months to reflect on a woefully poor second-half performance and get things right for the finals.
And there's the full-time whistle. England qualify as group winners, while Montenegro are assured of a place in the play-offs. The big news for England is Rooney's red card, which means he'll miss at least one game at Euro 2012 next summer.
GOAL MONTENEGRO EQUALISE!! Pekovic with a cross to the far post and Delibasic powers a header into the roof of the net.
Jovetic goes to ground cheaply under a challenge from Terry. The ref rightly books him for simulation.
Pekovic shoots across goal and draws a sharp save from Hart, diving to his left.
Montenegro win a free-kick on their right, deep in England territory.
Damjanovic shoots over with an acrobatic effort from six yards...but he's offside.
Good defending from Cole, who heads back to Hart after a chaotic free-for-all in the England box.
Downing at the far post with a fierce shot, but he blasts over the bar.
Lampard goes for goal. It's a weak effort, but deflects behind for a corner.
Welbeck goes on a great run for England, slaloming past three of four challenges to win a free-kick 25 yards out.
Delibasic replaces Bozovic for Montenegro. That's a striker for a defender.
England will try and see this one out now. Montenegro have just under 15 minutes to find an equaliser, with a man advantage.
Danny Welbeck replaces Walcott for England.
Shocking from Rooney, completely inexcusable and it means he'll be suspended for the first two games of Euro 2012.
Unbelievably stupid from Rooney. He kicks out at Dzudovic and leaves the referee no option but to send him off.
Vucinic bursts forward, goes past a couple of England shirts, but can't find a pass.
England have lost all sense of purpose in the second half. Depressingly poor lack of cohesion.
Parker upended by Jovanovic, who's already on a yellow. He escapes.
Bozovic with a cross-come-shot that fizzes just over Hart's crossbar. He had it covered.
Jones' cross is deflected just out of the reach of Rooney at the far post.
Bent makes way for Lampard for England.
Damjanovic replaces Beciraj for the home side.
Vukcevic almost gets in behind the England defence, but Hart is wise to the danger and comes to gather just in time.
A bit of pinball in the midfield now. Headers going back and forth, neither team able to get the ball down and play.
Downing replaces Young for England as Capello makes his first change.
Walcott chopped to the floor by Jovanovic, who goes in the book.
Bent caught offside again for England. He really should be doing better at keeping his line here.
Good play from Cole, who intercepts a dangerous cross with a calm header back to Hart.
Cole hoofs the ball clear, but Bent's offside.
Worrying times for England, who were so dominant in the first half. Montenegro have had the better of the second half so far.
Beciraj goes on a mazy dribble and England just can't tackle him. He goes all the way across the edge of the box, but he can't keep his composure to get in decent shot.
Jones with a clumsy tackle on Jovetic from behind. He's lucky not to give away a penalty. Replays show he didn't get the ball.
Beciraj again causing problems. This time his low cross is hacked clear. Montenegro are growing in confidence.
Vucinic breaks for Montenegro. He finds Beciraj, whose low shot from the edge of the box draws a save from Hart.
Young whips over a free-kick from England's left. Bozovic watches it carefully and manages to claim it.
Parker is bundled over by Pekovic. Really strong challenge that one.
And we're underway with the second half.
Milan Jovanovic is on for Montenegro. He replaces Kascelan.
Replays show Zverotic's shot deflected off Cahill. Regardless, England lost concentration and allowed the midfielder far too much time to turn.
And there's the halftime whistle. England were cruising, but Montenegro have conjured a goal from nothing to give themselves a huge boost going into the break.
GOAL Superb goal for Montenegro! Zverotic collects a cross on his chest, lets the ball drop and fires a shot past Hart from inside the box. The home side have a lifeline!
Kascelan tries his luck from ldistance, but his shot fizzes comfortably wide of Hart's goal.

Just as Montenegro were beginning to grow in confidence, England have stuck what is surely the killer blow.
GOAL Great break from England. Rooney releases Young and his ball to Bent gives the striker a simple tap-in!
Barry called on to break down another Montenegro attack. The hosts are starting to come into this a little now.
Vucinic goes short, but England clear. It comes straight back into the box, but Jones does enough to put off Dzudovic.
Cole concedes a corner under pressure at the far post.
This time Jones is up highest, but his header is straight against a Montenegro head.
England win a corner on the right and Terry's header is cleared behind for another one.
Subdued atmosphere inside the stadium now. The home fans are still singing, but you get the feeling they don't hold out a great about of hope.
Good defending from Jones, who tracks back and stoops to head back to Hart under pressure.
Bent puts Bozovic under pressure by chasing down a clearance. The Montenegro goalkeeper almost falls over, but just keeps his feet to clear.
Hart's clearance goes straight into touch.
The early signs are that this should be a stroll for England. They'll fancy themselves to get three or four goals tonight.
Walcott again asking question on England's right. This time he cuts inside, but his shot is blocked on the edge of the box. Rooney is playing very deep for England tonight.
Solid defensive work from Cahill, who mops up for England with a covering tackle.
Ashley Young on the overlap, but he can't get a cross in.
Confusion there between Hart and Terry. The England goalkeeper slips a bit, but manages to stay on his feet to clear.
Deserved lead for England, who've been dominant so far. Montenegro look extremely vulnerable at the back.
GOAL England lead! Rooney finds Walcott on the right, and his curled cross gives Young a simple free header at the far post!
Lovely quick feet from Vucinic in the England box there.
Lovely stuff from Vukcevic on the left, who mesmerises several England defenders with a dance down the touchline. Vucinic then takes possession in the box, before finally England hack clear.
