FULL TIME: Bolton 4-2 Tottenham: It's all over at the Reebok, as Bolton record their biggest win of the season. They incredibly climb to fifth in the league standings for the time being, ahead of Spurs, who should be commended for their gallant performance in the second half.
Kevin Davies comes off to a hero's reception.
A long ball is hacked forward by the Bolton defence, and Davies manages to expertly head the ball into the path of Petrov. The substitute makes no mistake beating Gomes, to put the game to rest. Bolton 4-2 Tottenham.
GOAL Petrov finishes it all of for Bolton. 4-2!
Coyle makes a last minute substitution, replacing Elmander with Mark Davies.
Bolton look like they will hang on. They win a throw in deep in their attacking half. Tottenham may have left their run too late.
Corner to Bolton. And this will give them the time they need to really slow the tempo fo the match.
Lee does really well to turn a couple of defenders, before picking out Petrov at the back post. The substitute volleys first time, but only finds the side netting.

Tempers begin to flare in the closing stages, as Bolton are starting to feel the pressure. What a finish we could have in store here..
What an amazing strike by Pav. Bale's free kick into the area is headed away by the defence, only as far as Pavlyuchenko though, who sensationally volleys home his fourth goal in five matches against Bolton.

Bentley loses the ball to Robinson, as Petrov gets onto the end of a cross. Spurs win it back, as they continue to come.
Bentley screams out for the ball on the right, and he eventually does. He whips a glorious ball into the area. Jaaskelainen is hesitant and fails to leave his line, but Pavlyuchenko also hesitates, as he watches it sail out for a goal kick.
The Tottenham fans are pleading for a penalty, but nothing is given, as their side continue to press late on.
Wonderful forward movement by Tottenham, as Hutton gets on the end of a lovely through ball. His cross into the area is disappointing though, as Bolton clear.
Petrov comes on in the place of Taylor.
Bolton are warming up a few substitutes on the sidelines, and Owen Coyle could be preparing to make a few changes.
Hutton hits a superb effort with his weaker left foot, after working his way past Taylor. His curling strike went into Jaaskelainen's top corner, giving the keeper no chance whatsoever. Is there hope for Spurs?

Bentley makes his first league appearance for the season, as he comes on for Kranjcar.
Here go Bolton again. Elmander is played through, but Gomes does exceptionally well to come from his line to dive at the feet of the attacker.
GOAL It's coolly put in by Davies, and what a performance this is turning out to be for Bolton. 3-0 now.
PENALTY TO BOLTON! Lee is taken down in the area, by a sloppy challenge by Assou-Ekotto.
Kaboul tries to clear the ball, however his clearance goes straight up in the air. It lands at the feet of Taylor who volleys it first time, only to see his effort crash into the post.
A nervy misunderstanding by Gallas and Gomes, but luckily they get out of it unscathed.
Modric has been brilliant today, and he finds Hutton who is lifting, with a lovely long ball. All of Bolton's players are back defending though, so there's no way through for the right-back.
Robinson rushes across to close down Kranjcar, intercepting yet another Spurs effort.
Hutton cuts in from the right onto his left side, but it's a blocked effort. There's definitely a bit more urgency in Spurs play.
Kranjcar gets away from Holden, who gets a foot in, and knocks it out for a Spurs corner. The visitors need something pretty quickly, if they want to try and get themselves back into this one.
Elmander wins a corner for Bolton, as the hosts go in search of a third.
Gallas is on the receiving end of a ball to the face by Elmander, but he quickly picks himself up and the play continues.
Assou-Ekotto goes long looking for Crouch. He heads down to Huddlestone, however the substitute wasn't ready for that, enabling the Bolton defence to clear.
Huddlestone gives the ball away with his first touch of the game, as Lee sends Bolton forward once again.
Another wonderful run by Bale is rewarded by Crouch. Bale then sends a teasing ball into the area, but no one is on the end of it this time.
Elmander is played through, and he has two defenders to contend with. He's run almost half of the pitch with the ball at his feet, but at the last second Gallas does really well to make a sliding challenge, and win the ball back for Spurs.
No surprises as Sandro is taken off by Redknapp. Huddlestone on.
Huddlestone is warming up on the sidelines, and could be coming on shortly.
What a chance for Sandro! Hutton plays a ball across the face of goal, but Sandro decides to not to header the ball, opting to attempt to kick it in instead. Poor option, and what a wasted opportunity for Spurs.
It's been nine Premier League games since Bolton kept a clean sheet, so this one may not be over yet. Despite their dominance, they have just over half an hour to hold on.
A goal has been coming in this second half, and the man who has had to cope with Bale all afternoon, has responded in the best possible way, by scoring what could very well be the decisive goal. 2-0 to Bolton now.

Cahill! What an effort by the defender! He just sliced the ball a little more than he would've liked, as it continues to heat up at the Reebok.
Taylor's early cross in to Elmander is dangerous, but Gomes does well to make a great save.
Here come the Spurs now. They are lifting, as Bale has an effort on goal well blocked by Cahill.
Wonderful effort by Bale!! His curling effort strikes the post, and that certainly had Jaaskelainen beaten.
Robinson picks up the first yellow card of the game, after a touch challenge on Sandro. Free kick to Spurs 30 yards from goal.
Cahill sends a long ball forward to Davies. The captain feels that he is being tugged by Kaboul, but the referee calls for play to continue.
Knight and Crouch clash, and the two giants fall to the ground, with the former being awarded the free kick.
Modric does really well to prevent a corner. Bolton with all the movement forward in the early stages of the second half.
Davies with a lovely header into the path of Holden. Bolton certainly have started the second half in a similar positive fashion as they did in the first.
Steinsson plays Elmander in to space, but Assou-Ekotto does well to come across and intercept the run.
Palacios is taken off for Pavlyuchenko, as the second half gets underway.

HALF TIME: Bolton 1-0 Tottenham: It was a fairly balanced first half, with the hosts controversially leading by a one goal margin. Kevin Davies got on the score sheet on 31 minutes, despite being in an offisde position, however Spurs have it all still to play for in the second half.
Holden to the rescue for Bolton, as Modric attempts to get a shot away, as the fourth official indicates one minute of stoppage time in the opening half.
Taylor finds some space on the left, but his cross is well blocked by Hutton, who has been solid in this first half.
Gomes comes to meet the ball, and is in no rush whatsoever to resume the play.
Bolton try and create something through Elmander and Davies, but the weight of numbers back for Spurs eventually get the better of them.
Nearing the end of the first half, it seems as though both sides are content to go into the half time break with the score line at 1-0.
Bale takes a corner for Spurs. He finds Kaboul at the back post, but his chipping effort flies over the bar.
Spurs causing havoc in the area, as Jaaskaleinen shakily deals with a Gallas effort from distance.
Steinsson and Lee beat off the challenge of Bale and Modric. But Bale does well to win it back, and he easily beats Steinsson for pace. Crouch slides in to try and get on the end of the low cross, but fails to do so.
Kaboul does tremendously well to keep the ball in play, before getting his cross away. He finds Crouch, who eventually hits an effort straight into the hands of Jasskelainen.
Palacios knocks it wide to Bale, who surges down the left looking for Crouch. His side-foot in is weak though, and Knight does well to clear it away for a corner.
Lee, Muamba and Robinson combine, as Bolton deny Spurs of possession.
Tottenham win a free kick, and Kranjcar's ball in is very good. The attackers fly, but somehow the hosts manage to clear it.
The goal has certainly sparked the home fans into action, but they will know that the job is certainly not done yet.
Muamba dispossesses Sandro, and plays it through to Davies, who despite being in an offside position, coolly slots the ball past Gomes on the edge of the area, to give Bolton the lead.
GOAL Davies opens the scoring for Bolton! 1-0
Steinsson looks forward for options in the area. He crosses on the outside of his right foot, which forced Gomes into making a diving save, and pushing it out for a corner.
Sandro loses out to Muamba, but Davies fails to capitalise on the loose ball.
Spurs surge forward again. Here goes Bale. He has Crouch free at the back post, and he finds the striker, who heads down to Modric. Knight beats him to it though, and hacks it away.
Palacios and Kranjcar work their way through the Bolton defence. This looks promising for Spurs, but Bolton flood back again.
Bale switches flanks, as he and Modric combine on the right. Bale chips a ball in towards Crouch, but it's cleared easily by the Bolton defence.
Bale just cannot get into the game, as Steinsson wins out in a one-on-one battle again. Throw in to Bolton.
Davies plays in Taylor, who strikes from 25 yards. Decent effort, but it's hit straight at Gomes. Easy save for the keeper.
Tottenham now try and maintain some possession, to try and regain the ascendency in this game.
Elmander does well to beat off an opponent on the right. He whips a ball into the area, but Hutton does really well to deny Taylor the chance to tap in the opener from six yards.
Assou-Ekotto fouls Lee, and the Bolton midfielder looks hurt after that challenge. He gets back to his feet though, and it looks like he'll be right to continue.
20 minutes gone at the Reebok, and so far the match has been as tightly contested as expected.
The hosts try and string a few passes together. Holden, who is played through well by Elmander, slips and fails to get a shot away.
The atmosphere and the game itself seems to be a little flat at the moment, as both sides are struggling to have any sort of impact in their attacking third.
Taylor picks up the ball and plays it wide to Lee. Lee sends a nice ball in to the area, but with five players back, Spurs win out and clear.
Bolton send a long free kick forward, which Taylor finds himself on the end of. He volleys from just inside the area, however his powerful effort strikes Davies, who was in an offside position.
Jaaskaleinen rushes off his line, and slices his clearance. Fortunately for his sake his defenders are in place to clean up his scrappy touch.
Assou-Ekotto gives the ball away to Lee, although the Spurs players are quick to get back and close down the Bolton midfielders, eventually winning possession back.
Nice build-up play by Spurs, as Modric surges forward and cuts it back to Palacios. He then tees up Sandro for a strike on goal, but it's a poor effort by the youngster.
Bale picks up the ball in midfield, and is surrounded by four white shirts immediately. Free kick to Tottenham.
Bolton are just starting to slow the match down a little, to regain some control of the play.
Modric plays Bale through exceptionally on the left. The winger tries to curl a ball into the area, but much to the pleasure of the home fans, it's a poor effort and out for a goal kick.
Lee sends a hopeful ball forward looking for Taylor, but Hutton does well to stand tall and head away the danger.
Holden dispossesses Modric, and Elmander gets himself into a decent position to shoot. It's a poor effort though - weak and well wide of the target.
Spurs are just starting to find their rhythm now, but Bolton hold firm, and weather the early storm. It will be interesting to see how long this one remains goalless.
Bale and Crouch combine on the left, as the man of the moment drives forward in familiar fashion. He sends a low ball across the face of goal, but Cahill is there to clear.
Kaboul goes in search of Bale, and for the first time Spurs have the ball in their attacking half, however Jaaskelainen beats the winger to the ball.
The hosts continue to put the pressure on, as a long ball forward by Taylor results in another corner.
Early corner to Bolton, and it's clear what Owen Coyle has instructed his players to do.
Taylor bursts through, and finds himself on the end of a losse ball just outside the area, but Bolton miss a massive opportunity to score after just 60 seconds.

Spurs midfielder Niko Krancjar makes his first league start of the season, whilst the battle between giants Peter Crouch and Zat Knight should be an extremely intriguing one to watch.
Tottenham have incredibly never beaten Bolton at the Reebok stadium, and with the hosts losing just once at home all season, that run could very well continue today.

The team news is in. Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has made four changes from the side that defeated European champions Inter midweek, whilst there are no surprises in Owen Coyle's starting line-up, as Johan Elmander and Kevin Davies will both start up front for Bolton.
