Bayern have ridden their luck in both legs and Fiorentina will feel very unhappy with the refereeing in the first leg and the way the match panned out tonight, but two top-class goals for the visitors proved enough.
It's all over and Bayern go through!
Bayern are given offside and Frey looks to hoof it up to the attack.
One minute left and Bayern still retain control.
Pranjic is coming on for Bayern, with Ribery going off. The home fans are unimpressed at the time he's taking to leave the field.
Three minutes of added time for Fiorentina to get their goal. They're struggling even to get possession at the moment.
Time is running out and Fiorentina are showing no sign that they can find a winner.
Marchionni looks to whip in a cross from the right but Alaba does well with the tackle.
Robben very nearly gets the better of two defenders in the box as he latches onto a long ball with his pace, but in the end he stumbles.
Frey seems surprised to see the corner arrive at him and makes a low punch. Van Bommel, meanwhile, picks up a yellow card.
Robben sees a shot deflected and it very nearly comes for Klose to put into the net, but it's out for a corner.
Pasqual plays a very dangerous ball into the centre but no one is there to turn it home. A lucky escape for Bayern.
Robben fires off target once more.
Keirrison, on loan from Barcelona, comes on to add something extra to the Viola attack. Vargas makes way.
Fiorentina seem to be looking increasingly towards long balls as they desperately seek a goal.
Robben attempts another ambitious long-range effort, but this time he fails to hit the target.
Pasqual comes on for Felipe, possibly as a result of his booking.
Robben curls it in but, under no pressure, Frey nearly creates problems with a needless punch. The danger is cleared, though.
Yellow card for Felipe for a block that leaves Bayern with a promising free-kick.
Robben's corner causes plenty of problems in the box and Frey struggles to deal with it, but it's cleared.
Goal disallowed for Gilardino, who was well offside.
Zanetti blazes well over as Fiorentina try to craft something against a crowded defence.
Alaba, the 17-year-old makeshift full back for Bayern, is looking increasingly nervous.
Fiorentina nearly fashion a chance for Zanetti, but Bayern just scramble it away. Gilardino looks very inventive every time the ball comes to him and he'll be the key concern for Bayern.
Muller chases an expertly flicked ball from Klose but he's given offside. Fiorentina are the ones who need to step up now.
Ribery puts in the free-kick but no one is able to direct it towards goal.
Ribery goes down on the left flank and Bayern will look to launch a deep free-kick into the box.
It's been spectacular entertainment in the second half so far after things failed to ignite in the first.
It's now 3-2 to Fiorentina, but Bayern have the lead on away goals.
Robben unleashes a spectacular long-range shot that finds the top corner.
GOAL FOR BAYERN!
Jovetic scores a superb goal, attacking the goal from out on the left, collecting a header from Gilardino on the edge of the area and then holding off Van Buyten to fire in.
GOAL FOR FIORENTINA!
Ribery fires in a long-distance effort that peels away but just sails over the top corner.
...after extra-time, that is.
As things stand, we're heading for penalties.
Ribery finally delivers a dangerous ball as he runs down the right, cuts inside and squares for Van Bommel to place into the bottom corner from outside the area. Great goal against the run of play.
Van Bommell puts the ball into the area but Muller can't make good contact with his head and it's out for a goal kick.
Klose gets himself into an excellent position and nearly bursts clear of Kroldrup, but the defender stays with him and sees it out.
Montolivo gives away a free-kick and Robben puts it into a very dangerous area in front of the keeper. Klose just fails to make contact and Frey is able to save.
In many respects, it's still the same equation as far as Bayern are concerned: they need a goal or they're out. They need to step up, though, as they've been second best so far in the second half.
After a quiet spell, Jovetic has put Fiorentina two goals ahead as Gilardino brilliantly backheeled into his path, leaving him with a clear shot on goal from close range.
Bayern break and Robben finds Muller in the area, but Kroldrup makes a last-ditch tackle.

Bayern get the ball clear.
Marchionni puts a dangerous ball in from the right and Gilardino comes close to turning it goalwards. Corner kick.
Fiornetina get the second half underway.
Bayern have perhaps just shaded the first half, but Fiorentina have the lead and the overall advantage. Join us in the second half to see if Bayern can force a breakthrough.
Klose stoops for a diving header but can't direct the ball on target from close range after Lahm's ball from the right. Not an easy chance.
Robben comes backwards to send a ball from right to left for Ribery, but it's straight out of play. Robben has been the better of the two in the first half, but it's not quite happening for either as yet.
Marchionni puts in a cross/shot that simply goes behind.
Alaba puts in a strong challenge on Marchionni but avoids a booking.
Kroldrup goes into the book for what looked a 50-50 challenge.
Marchionni goes down in the box under Schweinsteiger's challenge but the appeals are waved away. It didn't look like a strong shout.
Bayern have looked strong in the last few minutes but Fiorentina have a free-kick in their own half to allieviate the pressure.
Ribery plays a poor pass towards the strikers but which ends up at Natali's feet.
Ribery dribbles the ball straight out of play on the left. Very poor.
The corner is cleared.
Robben passes up a glorious chance! Schweinsteiger's header finds it way through to Robben, clean through, but Frey just tips over the bar. Brilliant save.
Van Buyten deals with the danger, but there are substantial appeals for a handball again as the ball bounces up. Again, nothing given.
Van Bommell brings down Vargas out on the left and it looks like a good opportunity to put a ball into the centre.
Vargas takes a shot from a free-kick out on the right, but it's a poor effort and doesn't come close to troubling the keeper.

Vargas crosses in from the left and it bounces and takes a very slight deflection from Van Buyten, but Butt gathers.
Robben makes it to the byline and knocks it back for Gomez, whose ball into the centre is easily cleared. By far the most interesting thing to have happened so far.
The ball has yet to really get out of the midfield so far, but this could suit Fiorentina, who only need a 1-0 win to progress.
Krodrup and Muller clash heads, but both should be fine.
The sides are yet to create any real chances.

There's an intense atmosphere in Florence and Bayern will have to calm the crowd down.
The match is underway!
Bayern will feel confident of progressing with their 2-1 advantage from the first leg, but an away goal is a precious commodity and they could end up out of the competition as they did at the Allianz Arena.
Fiorentina, still without Adrian Mutu due to his provisional suspension after failing a drugs test, have Alberto Gilardino leading the line and Stevan Jovetic another dangerous option in attack.
The bad news for Bayern is that injuries at the back have forced 17-year-old midfielder David Alaba to play in the defence.
The big news for Bayern is that both Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben start the match. Ribery had a "slight problem" according to Louis van Gaal, while Robben missed the Cologne match with flu.
The referee tonight is Alberto Undiano Mallenco of Spain and, after the mistakes of the first leg, he may feel he is under scrutiny tonight, particularly if any big decisions go Bayern's way.
