Goalscorer in Madrid Yossi Benayoun (hamstring) and winger Albert Riera (suspended) are both missing with Steven Gerrard and Ryan Babel the two changes from the first leg.
Striker Fernando Torres passed a fitness test on his injured ankle and takes his place in Liverpool's starting line-up.
