Craven Cottage, England
Referee: S Dunn
The final whistles have gone: West Brom are safe after a 2-0 victory; Southampton, Palace and Norwich go down and will play Championship football next season.
The Norwich players are clearly upset, though they are being given an excellent reception by their fans.
FULL-TIME: Norwich are down. The scoreline doesn't tell the whole story; Norwich pressed desperately all game, but were cut apart on the counter-attack.
Norwich win a late corner off Bocanegra. Huckerby curls it in to the middle but Shackell heads over the bar under pressure.
This is harsh on the visitors. Had the referee thought differently, they could have had two penalties and a Dean Ashton goal in the first half alone.
GOAL! Cole pounces on McBride's low cross from the left to flick home from a couple of yards out.
Fulham again find plenty space and time in the Norwich area, but Cole chooses to shoot when setting up Bouba Diop would have been the wiser, less-selfish option.
Huckerby slips McKenzie through down the right channel, but Van der Saar is quick to recognise the danger, flies out of his area and puts the ball out of play. Good awareness from the lanky Dutchman.
SUB: Boa Morte off, Cole on. Coleman gives the home fans the chance to appreciate the Portuguese winger's performances this season.
GOAL! McBride slides the ball past Green after finding an obscene amount of time and space in the Norwich penalty area. Poor Canaries.
Fulham haven't slackened off at all. They are being very professional in their performance this afternoon, recognising their duty to the other relegation-threatened teams.
Goal news: Charlton have equalised at The Valley, meaning West Brom are currently the side out of the bottom three. Incredible drama on this final day.
Oooh! Norwich are at least finishing with a flurish. Ashton turns home Hoult's cross shot, but he's rightly flagged off-side.
Chairman Delia Smith seems resigned to relegation as she applauds, misty-eyed in the stands.
From the resulting corner, the ball eventually worked to Huckerby, who's dangerous, curling cross needs palming behind by the Fulham keeper.
Oooh! A deflected McKenzie corss from the left needs turning around the post from an alert Van der Saar.
Oooh! Volz then has a low shot comfortably saved by Green as he picked up a loose ball 25 yards out.
Oooh! Jonson is fortunate not to put in to his own net when Volz fires over a dangerous low cross in to the six yard box. Corner.
Norwich win anothr corner from Goma. The ball is worked to Huckerby, but Fulham defend a series of crosses very well.
Malbranque's cross from a good position is over-hit; he had several team-mates in good positions. The Norwich fans still find the heart for a final sing-song. The Spirit of the Blitz.
Knight has been dominant in this second half; Ashton hasn't been able to win as much in the air, cutting out McKenzie's supply line.
Television cameras pick out some tears on the faces of one or two Norwich fans. They look distraught with the way the final day has gone for them.
Two Fulham players need treatement after clashing in their own penalty area. Knight requires some attention on a leg injury, Goma also seems to be suffering a little.
Malbranque has earned his goal, without a doubt. He has been one of the best players on the pitch this afternoon. Norwich are falling apart at the moment.
GOAL! Good composure from Boa Morte as he breaks in to the area. He picks out Malbranque, who places a low shot in to the empty goal.
Andrew Johnson has scored to put Palace in front against Charlton. A massive goal for their club.
The game has gone a bit flat at the moment, as if Norwich know that they can't do much to influence things. Fulham are looking like the more likely scorers.
Lots of goals going in around the Premiership on this final afternoon; check out our Live Scores page for full updates.
Oooh! Bouba Diop crashes a shot from distance straight at Green, who holds the effort well. He's turned in a good performance this afternoon.
Fulham are getting in behind Norwich with alarming ease as the visitors press forward in search of a goal.
The game is so open now. First Radzinski sets up Malbranque, who drags his shot well wide. Then McKenzie scuffs a right-foot effort wide of Van der Saar's far post.
Again, the fans try to get behind their side but it's looking very likely that the Canaries' destiny lies in the hands of others.
Oooh! Jonson cracks a volley goalwards, but Bocanegra throws himself at the ball to block. From the resulting corner, Shackell heads a good chance well wide.
Huckerby shows good persistence down the left, but Bouba Diop hoofs the cross clear.
Ashton wins a header at the far post, but McKenzie can't quite get on the knock-down and the keeper collects.
Jonson finds himself in plenty space down the right, and with a lack of options in the middle, he tries an unlikely attempt at goal. It's a good effort, and Van der Saar is forced to palm behind.
As things stand, West Brom are out of the bottom three, Southampton are bottom.
In this game, Fulham are pressing without really threatening, and Norwich are desperate to get hold of the ball. They can't put any pressure on the home side without possession.
More goal news: United have taken the lead against Southampton, and West Brom are now winning at home.
More goal news from the relegation battle: Palace have equalised at The Valley. It's on a knife-edge at the moment - a single goal in any of the matches changes everything.
SUB: Bentley off, Svensson on. Worthington has made his final change of the afternoon; an attacking switch that should give his side more of an threat in the air.
Bentley is far too casual as he fails to deal with a Fulham threat down the left wing. After first robbing Boa Morte, he then gives the ball back to Fulham as he allows the ball to run out of play.
Fulham have played well this afternoon, but Norwich haven't helped themselves with some very slack defending.
Norwich now seem to be depending on results in other matches to survive. Remember, a Manchester United win against Southampton would see them stay up, if Palace and West Brom can't win either.
Fleming and Francis really should have done a lot better in defending the corner; they jumped together with no Fulham player near them and succeeded only in heading tamely to Knight.
GOAL! Malbranque takes the corner. Knight pounces on the loose ball and smashes a shot inside the near post. Green had no chance.
Malbranque wins a corner for his side when his shot from outside the area is deflected wide.
Norwich are playing towards their massive bank of supporters in this second half; that should encourage them a little.
Huckerby wins a corner off Bocanegra. Bentley sends the ball in, Fleming wins it in the air but he again heads against another player inside the crowded area.
Radzinski then has a shot blocked inside the area as Fulham start the half as they finished the last.
A goal would be the perfect start to the half for Norwich, though it takes a good Shackell interception to prevent Radzinski getting a shot in on goal.
Huckerby seems to have been pushed in to a more central position at the start of this half, and he almost gets through on goal immediately, though Volz does well to get back and tackle.
Oooh! More good handling from Green as he claims a low Clark shot down to his right. Bentley had given the ball away in a very dangerous position.
Norwich kick-off the most important 45 minutes of their season. Their fans are doing their best to lift their team.
SUB: Helveg off, Jonson on. The veteran Dane is taken off, though it is unclear whether the change is tactical or because of an injury.
HALF-TIME: 2-0 is tough on Norwich, but they are certainly too loose at the back. Worthington will need to give the team-talk of his life if his side are to turn this around.
Norwich have really been up against it since Fulham scored their second goal.
Oooh! Green makes a quite sensational reflex save as McBride attempts to slide home Radzlinski's low cross.
Oooh! Volz latches on to good play from Malbranque, striking a low left-foot shot towards goal that Green saves at full-stretch.
Good skill from Ashton down the left channel. he fires a pacy cross towards McKenzie, but his strike partner can't control the ball and Fulham clear.
Fulham, however, are playing with a palpable freedom and lack of pressure. They are knocking the ball about well in midfield.
This has become such an open game, with both sides having chances. Norwich have to retain their self-belief and hope they can drag themselves back in to it.
Oooh! Boa Morte curls a right-foot shot narrowly wide of the post after quick feet made space for himself 20 yards out.
Oooh! McKenzie does well to hold off Knight as he chased down a Ashton flick, but as Van der Saar closed him down, he clipped his shot high over the bar.
Oooh! Malbranque has a low drive well saved by Green down to his left. Great work from Malbranque on the edge of the area; flicking the ball up to himself before unleashing a fierce shot.
Radzlinski crashes a low shot towards goal, but Green is down quickly to his right to save. Good effort from the Canadian striker.
This scoreline is very tough on Norwich, who have been at least as good as their hosts in many areas so far this afternoon.
A superb strike from the big Senegalese midfielder means that Norwich are deep in trouble. However, a single goal for Manchester United would mean the Canaries are safe again...
GOAL! Moa Morte wins a free-kick when he is fouled by Helveg, 30 yards out, slightly left-of-centre. Bouba Diop curls a superb shot in to the top corner, beating Green's dive.
Goal news from The Valley: a Bryan Hughes goal has put Charlton in front against Palace. More good news for Norwich.
SUB: Hoult on, Safri off. Norwich are forced in to an early change; Safri limps off holding his hamstring.
Norwich haven't had the run of the green so far; they've had two good penalty claims turned down, and a disallowed goal for a soft foul.
Huckerby is furious not to win a penalty when he tumbles inside the box as he heads towards goal. Replays show there is minimal - but definite - contact by the defender.
All the other sides in the relegation scrap are level at the moment, which mean Southampton are currently safe.
Norwich are certainly playing with a threat up-front, but their final-ball is letting them down a little at the moment. Drury sends over a low cross but it's behind all his team-mates in the area.
Ashton then shows great strength to win a corner. He's doing very well putting himself about and causing concen in the Fulham defence. Shackell plants a header goalwards from Bentley's corner, though the linesman rules that the ball had already gone out of play.
Shackell is fouled as he wins a header from Van der Saar's goal-kick. The ball is pumped forward but Knight beats Ashton in the air.
McBride sends Razlinski free inside the right side of the penalty area, but his cut-back from the touchline is cut out.
Oooh! Ashton has a goal disallowed for a foul on Knight as he controlled the ball inside the area. A harsh decision.
McKenzie almost latches on to a mistake by Goma on the half-way line, but the Fulham man recovers well.
A nice one-two from Malbranque and Razlinski results in a shot from the Frenchman being blocked on the edge of the area.
Norwich seem to have regained a little of the composure with which they started the game; they are passing the ball around with some confidence.
Boa Morte gives away a needless free-kick, 35 yards out. Bentley has a go, but his right-foot shot is a couple of yards wide.
Ashton does well to win a throw-in off Bocanegra. He wins a flick-on inside the area but his team-mates can't capitalise.
Better news for Norwich from St Mary's: United have equalised through a Fletcher header.
Helveg is booked after a strong challenge on the half-way line. He doesn't seem too disappointed by the decision, but it looked a bit soft to me.
Oooh! A great cross to the far post is headed against his own player by Fleming, who had sneaked around the back. He should have done better with his header.
Good strong, direct running from Huckerby down the left wing wins a corner as Volz puts the ball out of play.
McBride is causing a few problems for Norwich, as he's winning almost everything in the air. Fulham threaten once again but Volz can't collect a pass in the area.
Norwich have a decent penalty shout turned down when McKenzie is bundled over in the area by Knight.
Knight launches a long ball over the head of Helveg and towards Boa Morte, cutting in from his position on the right, but the Danish defender does well to recover.
Of course, everything can change very quickly on a day like this, but as things stand, the three promoted teams occupy the relegation places.
McBride almost gets in again but his control lets him down inside the area. Norwich look quite nervous now.
Norwich have had the best of the early play, but find themselves down. And news from St Mary's makes the situation even worse: Southampton are 1-0 up, Quashie scoring.
GOAL! McBride darts in to the penalty area, picks up a nice Radzinski pass and pokes a shot under the body of Green.
The corner is cleared, but Huckerby is fouled by Malbranque in the corner. Fulham do a good job of defending the set-piece and emerge with the ball.
Oooh! Van der Saar punches a cross half-clear but it's straight to Huckerby on the edge of the area. He controls and shoots quickly, but the ball is deflected for a corner.
A good long ball from Knight finds Radzinski down the right, though Safri and Drury combine well to thwart the danger.
Norwich have started well; they aren't sitting back at all, but are pushing forward and getting plenty of support to their front men.
Malbranque fouls Drury just outside the penalty area. Free-kick in a very dangerous position. Bentley shoots, but it's comfortable for Van der Saar.
Malbranque is robbed by Safri, who sets up a swift counter-attack. Drury clips the ball in to the middle, but Ashton is beaten in the area.
Bentley is spoken to after a strong challenge on Bockanegra. The free-kick comes to nothing. The on-loan winger is then penalised again moments later.
I'll keep you up to date with all the scores from the other crucial matches this afternoon. Stay here to see all the action unfold.
Norwich win an early free kick when Knight climbs over Huckerby on the half-way line. Drury launches the ball in to the box but it's too high for Ashton.
Fulham kick off this massive match. Steve Dunn is the referee. It's a beautiful day in West London, and there is a sensational atmosphere.
Harry Redknapp recalls David Prutton after the end of his 10-match suspension, with Matt Oakley dropping to the bench. Peter Crouch was banned, with Brett Ormerod replacing him rather than Kevin Phillips.

They're calling it 'Survival Sunday'. I prefer 'Drop Day', but that's personal opinion. Who'll stay? Who'll go?
