Three points for Tommy Smyth last weekend means he tops the table after three rounds - but it's very close between all three of our contenders.
Looking to come out victorious this weekend is Matt Toole who now resides in Wellington, New Zealand.
Matt informs us: "I'm a 23-year-old student from NZ. Originally from Liverpool and a big Reds fan. Has been a terrible start to the season but will pull through eventually... just not yet. One of my favourite past times is riling up my Man Utd and Arsenal supporting friends."
For each round of matches we invite someone to represent the Rest of the World and take on Press Pass' Tommy Smyth and ESPN journalist Dale Johnson in our predictions game.
Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result
After the weekend's scores are in and the Showdown result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the Rest of the World tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared.
What drama at Goodison Park - and in Showdown too! When Victor Anichebe scored to put Everton 2-1 up in the dying moments it meant Tommy had the correct score and three points. Moments late Demba Ba scored to give the correct score to Matt, securing the Showdown win for him and pushing Tommy from first to third.
