It's the final day everyone wanted to see. Two challengers level on the points. A day of tension and drama lying in wait.
Yes, it's Dale Johnson v the Rest of the World. Will there be an outright winner or, for the first time, will the title be shared?
A win for the ROTW last weekend put our challengers level with Dale on 41 points. Looking to lift the trophy on Sunday is Tahric Johnson who is from Kingston, Jamaica.
Tahric tells us: " I'm a 24-year-old supporter of the red half of Manchester, I am a clerk at an Insurance Brokerage. I also play part time in the second division in my parish. I'm a good old fashioned pacey winger, to me a perfect cross for assist is better than scoring itself..."
For each round of matches we invite someone to represent the Rest of the World and take on Press Pass' Tommy Smyth and ESPNsoccernet journalist Dale Johnson in our predictions game.
Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result
After the weekend's scores are in and the Showdown result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the Rest of the World tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared.
So Dale cruises to victory in the last round of games to reclaim the Showdown crowd. Well done, Rest of the World, you took it so close.
